Legalise Vaping Australia is an advocacy organisation dedicated to getting Governments to change their outdated laws, and allow legal sales of vaping products under strict regulations to adults.

We were formed in 2017 and since then have worked non-stop to bring common sense to Parliament and to politicians and generally about Australia’s black market for vapes, and how to stop vapes ending up in the hands of children.

The Legalise Vaping Australia campaign is funded by supporters via donations and was formed as a joint initiative of MyChoice Australia and the Australian Taxpayers' Alliance as a unique grassroots advocacy and activist organisation.

So, what’s next? Currently Australian laws have made vaping illegal without a prescription from a doctor, but there is another solution with appropriate regulatory balance.

Legal sales. Strict regulations. Stopping access for kids.
